How do volcanoes form?
Volcanoes are formed when molten rock and magma within the earths upper mantle makes its way to the earths surface.magma is formed when the earths mantle melts melting may happen if tectonic plates are pulling apart or when one plates is pushed underneath.
Where?
Volcanoes tend to form in between tectonic plates,Volcanoes can not just form anywhere they form in places they are mostly found along a belt called the ring of fire in the pacific ocean.
When did "Mount rainier" last erupt
Mount rainier last erupted in 1894.Although it has not erupted in the last 500 years it is potentially one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the cascade range,Because of its great height,Frequent earthquakes and excessive glacier mantle

Although it has not erupted in over 500+ years it does have frequents weather hazards.Avalanches often happen due to melting glaciers,A lot of earthquakes happen and form avalanches
